Job Description: Corporate Governance and Compliance General Finance Assistant duties to CFO Providing administrative assistance Assist with BBEEE and financial audits Liaison with banks and suppliers Liaison with SARS CIPC Company registrations and Contract administration Management of records Performing minor accounting & HR duties Minute taking Ad hoc duties and special projects as allocated from time to time Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to handle matters professionally, confidentially and sensitively. Friendly and professional demeanour Experience supporting Finance Executive or a similar role Experience working in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated with a positive "can do" approach Ability to work in a team and independently Strong attention to detail Qualifications: Financial Diploma / Business Administration Diploma Computer literate with competence in Microsoft Office 365, (Advanced Excel) (Advanced Word) Knowledge in Corporate Governance / Company secretarial Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Finance Assistant How to Apply: Email your comprehensive CV to ******.
