What We're Looking For: The Sr. Executive Recruiter will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition and People teams. This role is both strategic and tactical and requires someone who can maneuver comfortably in either skill. The Sr. Executive Recruiter is an individual contributor who will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, developing recruiting strategies, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for assigned client groups as well as all Sr. Director, VP and SVP level roles as well as any other roles as and when required. Should the team expand, this person may eventually lead a team of sourcers or recruiters who support the global staffing and recruiting efforts of corporate functions across all of 2U. This person will be onsite 3 days per week in our Crystal City location.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Responsible for designing and executing the global staffing, recruitment and hiring strategies in partnership with 2U stakeholders and University counterparts for all Sr. Director and above roles and assigned client group roles.Helping to manage the team's usage of Applicant Tracking and other people systems and dashboards.Serve as a conduit into the Executive and Enterprise Sales recruitment space for internal stakeholders and partners.Conducting research from a variety of sources and compiling results for various projects to be presented to 2U's executive stakeholders.Work closely with 2U's Executive leadership, Program Management, Hiring Managers, and People teams to ensure that all new roles have a clear hiring roadmap in place prior to implementation and launch.Think critically about current processes, systems and relationships and identify possible issues before they become issues.Manage and create workflow, processes and documentation between systems and groups.Create and analyze metrics reports, data analysis and benchmarking strategies.Educating our stakeholders about the changes and evolution of hiring in the online space.Identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the programs.Think creatively and drive initiatives from inception to implementation.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required; degree in HR, Business or Communications preferred.6 - 8 years' experience in full life cycle recruitment in a Sr. Recruiting role.6- 8 years' experience in an HR or Operations leadership role.Very strong familiarity with HR/Talent Management/Operations policies and principles.Very strong analytical skills with the ability to create, manage and report on data and metrics.Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels in the company and approach each scenario from all perspectives.Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, People Systems and Reporting Tools.Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and its functionality.Enthusiasm and the ability to pivot with the business & openness to a quickly growing & changing environment.Focused on achieving defined results and exceeding goals and objectives.Ability to bring out other people's potential and talents.Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel to universities.Ability to manage information with confidence and discretion.Strong visionary/strategic thinking skills.Enthusiasm and passion for higher education sector.Strong and developed interpersonal skills.Proclivity to think critically and a knack for problem solving.Benefits & Culture Our global employee base is a diverse collection of innovators, dreamers, and doers working together to transform lives through higher education. Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
