Senior Estimator

Job Title: Senior Estimator Location: East London Package: £80,000 – £100,000 plus package Skilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor who are looking for a Senior Estimator with a wide range of sector experience to play a key role within the Data Centre and Industrial sector.

This Main Contractor works on projects across the UK and is renowned for working within a variety of different sectors.

The projects the Senior Estimator will be working on value between £50m and £100m, and you will be playing a key role within the business.

Responsibilities Play a leading role within the Data Centre and Industrial sector overseeing projects up to £200m. The first key project that you will be involved with is a £250m Data Centre project. The current Estimating team consists of five Estimators – Trainee Estimator, Assistant Estimator, Two Estimators, and a Managing Estimator. As the Senior Estimator, you will need to assist as well as manage the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post-tender interviews, and provide data as requested. Requirements Ideally, a wider range of sector experience but importantly has had dealings within the Data Centre and Industrial sector. Someone who is hands-on within the role. May be cliché, but someone who is a team player and works well with others. What is in it for you? £80,000 – £100,000 Car Allowance. Bonus.
