SENIOR ESTIMATION ENGINEER - HVAC (EAST RAND)Lead the Estimating Department to oversee and refine the company's cost estimation and project pricing strategies, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field- 5-7 years of experience in estimation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role- In-depth knowledge of estimation software and cost simulation tools- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to interpret complex technical and financial information- Strong understanding of market trends and industry best practices
