My client is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who has experience as a GMR2.7 appointee for a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. Candidates must have completed a BSc/BEng/B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a GCC - Government Certificate of Competency - Factories.People management experience is essential as you will be leading the multidisciplinary Engineering team to achieve the business objectives in Safety, Operational Excellence, Asset Management, Costs, and Human Resource Development.Responsibilities:Health, Safety, Environmental and Risk management compliance and application of best practicesEnforce Engineering standards and apply asset management best practices to optimize the asset valueLeading the multidisciplinary Engineering teamDrive Operational Excellence, specifically availability, reliability, capability, efficiency, and qualityCost optimization with a focus on managing the life cycle cost of assets
