Proficiency in GIS (Geographic Information Systems). Solid experience in hydrological modeling, water resources planning, flood determination, mining sector, stormwater management planning, and water balances. Familiarity with hydraulic design of drainage structures. Water quality analysis for mining and industrial clients. Exposure to multilateral development institutions or development finance institutions (an added advantage).Interpersonal and Networking Skills:Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills for client liaison, proposal development, and scientific report writing. Mentoring junior staff members.Business Development and Project Management:Proven track record in project management. Ability to compile proposal documents, cost estimates, and manage project timelines.
