Position Overview: As a Senior Engineer, Reliability at Exxaro Resources you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our operational and engineering standards.
Your expertise will be instrumental in improving equipment reliability through comprehensive Physical Asset Management processes, including routine work management, shutdown management, and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) evaluations.
You will leverage your knowledge of CMMS (SAP PM) to streamline operational processes and conduct in-depth root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.
Your role will not only focus on technical excellence but also on fostering seamless collaboration with other departments, such as Supply Chain Management, to ensure we extract the full value from cross-functional interfaces.
