Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage engineering design activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.Conduct engineering design, procurement, and project management activities, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.Utilize engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) for design, and apply solar and battery software tools (e.g., Helioscope, Homer, PVSol) to enhance project outcomes.Perform project assessments and provide engineering solutions that optimize project performance and sustainability.Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications & Skills:Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration is required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the solar or energy storage industry.Proven experience in managing and leading a team of engineers.Strong background in engineering design, procurement, and project management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar engineering software is a plus.Experience with solar and battery software (e.g., Helioscope, Homer, PVSol).Apply now!
