Job Duties:Manage and oversee the documentation process for mining projectsEnsure all project documents are accurately recorded and maintainedImplement and maintain document control processes using AconexCoordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of documentsEnsure compliance with project specifications and industry standardsTrain and support junior document controllersRequired Qualifications:Proven experience as a Document Controller in the mining industryProficiency in Aconex softwareStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work efficiently under pressureEducation:Relevant degree or certification in Document Management or related fieldExperience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in document control within the mining sectorKnowledge and Skills:Thorough understanding of document control processes and proceduresKnowledge of mining industry standards and regulationsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteWorking Conditions:Office-based role with occasional site visitsCollaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth
