We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Strategist to join our dynamic team at Cullinan Holdings. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of innovative digital strategies across multiple brands within Cullinan family of brands, such as Pentravel, Thompsons Holidays, Thompsons Travel Corporate and Edusport. Your expertise will drive growth through omni-channel digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and ultimately drive conversions.
As a Senior Digital Strategist, you will collaborate closely with the channel leads, including content, paid media, social media, and creative teams, to align strategies with business objectives. Your ability to analyse market trends, user behaviour, and campaign performance will be critical in shaping our digital direction and optimising our marketing efforts.
The role will requirement you to have a strong performance marketing, eCommerce and analytical background.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring that they understand the intricacies of digital strategy and fostering a collaborative environment where innovative ideas can flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with broader business objectives.
Lead multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, and PPC, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, user insights, and campaign performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to create engaging and effective marketing collateral.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations.
Manage and oversee performance agency service levels and KPIs
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent project management skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
Passion for travel and a solid understanding of the travel industry trends and dynamics.
