Responsibilities: Manage, Run, Optimize and Report back on Paid Advertising channels on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the internal and external stakeholders, these include but are not limited to: Google advertising, META, X and Tik Tok Display & Video 360 (Acquisition & Remarketing) App Install & App Engagement (Acquisition & Retention) Video (YouTube) Managing paid advertising budgets optimally to achieve business KPI's Assist business departments with paid advertising requirements, reporting, analysis and strategies Help other business departments understand and how best to implement their digital advertising requests. Keep up to date of changes in the digital industry and setting up tests to implement and determine the viability of these new changes on our internal paid advertising. Working closely with Head of Design to deliver relevant, high-quality Ads to the designer as well as compelling copy to the Copywriter Build and track sales forecasts and drive campaigns to meet and exceed revenue targets High level of performance monitoring and attention to detail Execute rapid deployment of online campaigns based on the needs of each business. Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and produce actionable insights and reports that drive campaign improvements Measure, analyse and report on the impact paid marketing campaigns. Budget Management: Oversee and optimise budget allocation to ensure efficient use of resources while maximising campaign performance. Ability to multitask and have a holistic 360 view of the marketing funnel across various Ad account Build team and people capabilities through: Providing real-time, ongoing coaching and feedback to team members throughout the year On-time completion of performance management activities including regular 1:1s and Bi-annual performance reviews through GPS. Supporting employee development including facilitation of career development conversations and crafting development plans for current and future needs Taking action to hire and retain high-performers and address poor performance. Proactively manage change initiatives within the team including sufficient planning/ preparation and communication to minimise disruption and support employee adoption. Role modelling the behaviours that support and drive the Flash culture and values.
Requirements Minimum Requirements 5 – 7 years' verifiable experience and successful track record in a Performance Marketing role including team management Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing or similar At least 3 years in a Senior position managing a team Experience working with high budgets Working knowledge of media analytics software Experience in running Google and Meta adverts on a high level Experience in running Ads on other digital platforms (Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
