Our client is seeking an eloquent Senior DevOps Engineer - a hands-on individual who has great Development & DevOps experience. They will be required to install, configure, monitor and maintain installations with the core team, working in partnership with developers and support staff. Requirements: Configuring the applications to meet the requirements of civil registration in pilot and implementation projects. Configuring hosting environments, application health monitoring tools and developer operations. Monitoring and maintaining the application health of pilot and implementation instances. Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing level 3 root cause analysis for hotfixes. Communicating with clients, client support teams, client developers and core team to architect technical requirements for hotfixes, new features or integrations. Hands-on development of new devops features, designing tasks and estimating required effort with the DevOps Lead & Technical Architect following the Scrum methodology. Assisting client support staff and safely applying hotfixes and software releases to infrastructure. Advising the CTO, DevOps Lead and Technical Architect on the required production deployment architectures, so as to maximise the overall security, performance and resilience profile.
