Key Responsibilities:Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure on Azure, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and improve continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient and seamless software releases.Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management, monitoring, and deployment processes using tools like Azure DevOps, PowerShell, or Python.Monitoring & Incident Response: Implement robust monitoring solutions to ensure the health of the production environment, and manage incident response for any infrastructure or application issues.Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with software engineers and product teams to define DevOps processes, assist in the integration of tools, and ensure smooth deployments across environments.Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices in line with industry standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the fintech sector.Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers and share best practices within the team.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with a focus on Azure cloud infrastructure.Proven experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repos, artifacts, and environments.Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as ARM Templates, Terraform, or Ansible.Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Solid knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Prometheus.Understanding of security principles in a cloud environment, especially within regulated industries like fintech.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on automation and process improvement.Preferred Qualifications:Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104).Familiarity with fintech regulatory and security requirements.Experience working with microservices architecture.Why Join Our Client?Be part of an innovative and fast-growing Dev House.Collaborative work environment with a focus on professional development.One-of-a-kind company culture.Competitive salary and benefits.How to Apply:
