Senior Dev-Ops Engineer – Centurion - Permanent– Up To R1.3Mil Per Annum

As they continue to expand their digital capabilities, they are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key role in driving their infrastructure and operations to new heights.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.Monitor and manage system performance, reliability, and security.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues and incidents promptly.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in DevOps and Cloud technologies.Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in a fast-paced environment.Strong expertise in Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).Knowledge of monitoring tools for infrastructure and application performance monitoring.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Preferred Skills:Certification in Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform is a plus.Experience in the financial industry or a highly regulated environment.Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based applications.
