As the Senior Delivery Consultant, you will manage workstreams largely independently, with the support of a project manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of projects yourself.You will implement transformation office projects in the Mining Sector, ensuring long term impact delivery.You will lead junior consultants and clients in your project or workstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives.You will grow in a stimulating and human environment where quality of life at work is important. You will contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects. Qualifications Bachelors degree, engineering preferred, with a strong record of academic achievements4+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting, e.g. in a transformation contextYou are driven by creating long lasting impact and enjoy working with people to achieve resultsProven expertise in mining sectorYou have strong pragmatic problem-solving skillsYou enjoy the flexibility and agility that is required in a consulting environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
