Senior Debtors Specialist

Duties:Manage the process of debtors invoicing and the distribution thereof to clientsManage the process of/and distributing debtors statementsFollowing up on outstanding payments via phone callsManaging the aging of the Guest Ledger of all hotels, ensuring at a minimum the Guest Ledger is reviews bi-monthlyInvoicing of Hotel Tenants and managing the Ageing thereofIdentifying risk and potential bad debt accountsBI-Weekly Third-party commission calculations and EFT refunds approvalProcessing of online payments and credit card refundsMaintaining and managing a close working relationshipsResponsible for the Accounts Receivable Age AnalysisCreation of new debtors accounts on the financial systemResolving debtors queries and internal queriesDaily review of Credit limits of accounts ensuring no accounts are over limit Qualifications & experience:5 Years experience in a similar roleCompleted tertiary degree or diplomaAbility to handle stress/ pressurised environmentHospitality industry experience is essential Shared Services experienceMS Excel - basic levelProtel or similar system knowledge and experienceSage Evolution
