Senior Debtors Specialist (Hospitality/Tourism)Our client is currently on the lookout for a Senior Debtors Specialist to join their team permanently in Sandton.Duties:Manage the process of debtors invoicing and the distribution thereof to clientsManage the process of and distribute debtors statementsFollow up on outstanding payments via phone callsManage the aging of the guest ledger of all hotels, ensuring at a minimum the guest ledger is reviewed bi-monthlyInvoice hotel tenants and manage the ageing thereofBi-weekly third-party commission calculations and EFT refunds approvalProcess online payments and credit card refundsMaintain and manage close working relationshipsResponsible for the accounts receivable age analysisCreate new debtors' accounts on the financial systemResolve debtors' queries and internal queriesDaily review credit limits of accounts ensuring no accounts are over the limitQualifications & Experience:5 years' experience in a similar roleBCom Accounting / Diploma in Finance/Credit Management CertificateAbility to handle stress/high-pressure environmentHospitality industry experienceShared Services experienceMS Excel - basic levelProtel or similar system knowledge and experienceSage EvolutionIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
