Senior Debtors Specialist (Hospitality/ Tourism)

Our client is currently on the lookout for a Senior Debtors Specialist to join their team permanently in Sandton. Duties:Manage the process of debtors invoicing and the distribution thereof to clientsManage the process of/and distributing debtors statementsFollowing up on outstanding payments via phone callsManaging the aging of the Guest Ledger of all hotels, ensuring at a minimum the Guest Ledger is reviews bi-monthlyInvoicing of Hotel Tenants and managing the Ageing thereofBI-Weekly Third-party commission calculations and EFT refunds approvalProcessing of online payments and credit card refundsMaintaining and managing a close working relationshipsResponsible for the Accounts Receivable Age AnalysisCreation of new debtors accounts on the financial systemResolving debtors queries and internal queriesDaily review of Credit limits of accounts ensuring no accounts are over limit Qualifications & Experience:5 Years experience in a similar roleBCom Accounting / Diploma in Finance/ Credit Management CertificateAbility to handle stress/ pressurised environmentHospitality industry experienceShared Services experienceMS Excel - basic levelProtel or similar system knowledge and experienceSage Evolution
