Requirements: Matic Finance Diploma Sage Pastel Proficient in Excel Duties: Capture bank payments on Pastel Capture all Cash payments on Pastel Receive all Cash from Depots & write up deposits for bank Follow up on account queries / discrepancies Reconcile Current account Cashbook Data capture / spreadsheets for reporting purposes Answering & transfer of incoming calls Preparation for & attendance of Debtor's Meetings Maintenance of offending Industrial debtors accounts & payment arrangements
