Our ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in data analysis, statistics, data product development and business reporting.
What You'll Do: Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business questions into data problems.Collaborate with analytics engineers to scope, and develop data products that deliver insights and drive business optimisation.Conduct analysis of large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
Develop and implement advanced statistical models and algorithms to support data-driven decision-making.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports ensuring they provide clear and actionable insights.
Design and implement predictive models to drive improvements in decision-making and operational efficiency.Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing support on advanced analytical techniques and best practices.
What You Have: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering or a related field5+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence or data engineering roleExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Python and SQL, Python, Scala, or R coding skillsStrong data analysis and data visualization skillsExperience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, AWS or similar cloud and integrated technologies preferred will be a bonusExperience with DataBricks, PySpark and BigQuery highly advantageousExperience in managing analytics projectsFamiliarity with machine learning librariesExperience with standard statistical modeling and forecasting methodologiesHands-on experience with data visualization tools and/or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS/SSAS, Looker or QlikView.Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience working in the digital marketing technology industry beneficial Nice to have:Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXABenefits: Hybrid, Casual work environmentResponsible PTO policy Take the time off that you need.
