My client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join their team in CPT Responsibilities:Customs Penalty Payments dailyPay the deferment statementsPay customs duties when the deferment account is depletedPay customs VAT when the deferment account is depletedDaily review and check that the deferment account limits have not been depletedRequest Interim Statements weekly on the e-filing portal, which must be send to the GSO Customs team on a weekly basisMatricMinimum 3 years customs compliance experienceValid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transportThe successful candidate must have a current clear compliance record with SARS
