Senior CRM ExecutivePurpose of the JobTo maintain and develop the relationship with the customer/s through being the one-stop-shop contact point and upselling to existing client base to achieve business growth.
Job DescriptionScheduling of business appointments with the client/sAchieve individual targetsIdentify & grow client base and revenue through selling of additional logistics productsSelling of the full supply chain products to the clientEstablish customer needs, developing opportunities and grow customer base (where applicable)Update weekly call report and REACH / Salesforce dailyPrepare and present proposals and presentations to client/sEffectively and efficiently deal with client queriesIdentify and escalate possible threats to existing businessJob Responsibilities - Experience and EducationMinimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualificationBachelor's Degree or similar qualification and/or experience3 Year corporate experience in managing a portfolio of clients (If senior position 5 years)Need to have worked for reputable corporatesProven track record of having made targetIndustry experience advantageous – Understanding of full supply chain (Freight, International & Warehousing products)Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management levelValid Code 08 driver's license and own reliable transport
