The Role We're looking for a Senior CRM Executive with a deep understanding of B2B marketing and extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics Marketing (MDM). In this role, you will be responsible for executing CRM strategies, optimising email deliverability, managing marketing automation, and nurturing sales pipelines. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximise the potential of our CRM, ensuring seamless end-to-end management of the customer journey from lead to conversion.
Responsibilities: Develop and executive B2B CRM strategies using Microsoft Dynamics Marketing to support demand generation and sales pipeline growthLead the segmentation, targeting and personalisation of communications for lead nurturing, engagement and conversionOptimise and monitor deliverability, list health and engagement metrics, implementing best practices for email marketing and automationDesign and implement automated workflows, including lead scoring and drip campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnelCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM alignment with business goals, including a pipeline management, customer journey mapping, and sales handover processesUtilise data-driven insights to track, measure and improve campaign performance and report on key CRM KPIsStay updated on CRM and marketing trends, suggesting new tools and methodologies to enhance B2B engagementSupport the integration of the CRM platform with other marketing tools to ensure a unified customer view and streamline processesEssential: Proven experience in a Senior CRM role with a focus on B2B marketingStrong understanding of CRM best practices, including segmentation, lead nurturing and pipeline managementProficiency in managing bulk email campaigns, deliverability and ensuring high engagement ratesExperience working closely with sales teams to align CRM strategies with business objectivesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendationsExcellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDesirable: Experience working in recruitment or related industriesKnowledge of other marketing automation tools and CRM systemsFamiliarity with A/B testing, propensity modelling and customer behaviour analyticsExperience integrating CRM platforms with analytical tools and tracking systemsWe are actively committed to promoting a fully diverse and inclusive workforce and we welcome applications for this role from all candidates who meet the key requirements.
