If so, our client in Banking is looking for you!Your responsibilities will include:Analyzing complex business processesDefining problem statementsDelivering practical solutions that meet business objectivesData Management and Project ManagementCreating comprehensive documentation of current models and data flowsCollaborating with Quantity Analysts and Data Analysts to enhance model functionalityMentoring junior Analysts in data analysis techniques and model unpacking methodologiesModel Deployment AnalysisKeeping abreast of credit risk regulations and industry best practices to ensure complianceSkills Requirements and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience in Credit Risk Modelling within Financial ServicesData Analysis / Business Analysis with model unpacking and data sourcing experienceUnderstanding of Credit Risk Models and Frameworks such as PD, LGD, EAD calculationsExperience with model deployment processesProficiency in Data Analysis tools and programming languages such as R, SAS, SQL, PythonStrong aptitude for working with large data setsAbility to present technical information for non-technical stakeholdersStrong Analytical and Leadership SkillsExperience mentoring and guiding teamsBachelors degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
