Senior Credit Controller

Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller for a 6-month contract position. This role involves managing the Corporate Business credit collection portfolio and ensuring the timely payment of accounts. If you have a proven track record in credit control and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Matric - essential.Diploma in Credit Management - advantageous.2-5 years of Credit Control experience.1 year of Financial Reconciliation experience.Experience in Forex Exchange.Experience resolving account disputes with 3rd parties.Experience engaging with EHODS, Exec Heads other key stakeholders.Additional Requirements:Driver's license and own car.Achieve 100% of all KPI targets in line with CR policies.Minimize bad debt.Resolve queries efficiently.Follow up on non-payments.Resolve account disputes through liaising with 3rd parties, including CEOs, FMs, and IT Managers.Ensure timely distribution of monthly billing and reports.Manage speedy dispute resolution.Perform daily coding of the bank statement.Build and maintain customer relationships.Attend client meetings as required.Meet all collection targets and KPIs.Allocate client payments accurately.Manage risk effectively.Approve new business for existing clients.Core Competencies and Experience:Job Knowledge:Corporate credit.Intensive reconciliation and allocation on large accounts with book values exceeding 80 Million.Advanced MS Excel.Eppix.Converged Business knowledge.Microsoft Office.Morpheus II.Skills:Strong interpersonal skills.Effective negotiation skills (able to liaise with CEOs, FMs, IT Managers, EHODS Exec Heads, both locally and internationally).Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail.Analytical and investigative mind-set.Proficiency in complex account reconciliation.
