Senior Credit Controller

Senior Credit Controller Pinelands Cape Town Our manufacturing client in Pinelands Cape Town is looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller with 8 years plus ongoing maintenance of Debtor's accounts, Opening of Accounts, and Timeous collection of Overdue Accounts/Order Releasing. Ad hoc administration duties as well. Salary Negotiable (Benefits included)  Min qualification MatricMin of 8 years' credit control experience within the manufacturing environment;Experience in managing multiple site and branch organizationCredit Application Experience Credit Manager 1,2 or 3 an advantage Credit Analyst and risk experience Responsibilities Full debtors' function / Credit controlling Full responsibility for collections on outstanding accountsProcess new customer credit applications received from branches, ensuring all accompanying documents are submitted and information is accurate as per procedureReceive & process customer credit limit reviews as per procedureManage the debtor's order hold process when accounts are overdue, or the customer has exceeded the credit limit and take appropriate action as per proceduresMaintain live database of debtors, i.e. open and closing of overdue accounts, closing dormant accounts reducing/increasing credit limits, or updating new information received on a debtor so that the master file database is always updated as per procedureOpen new customer accounts as per procedureProcess of invoices on the manufacturing systemProcess and allocate payments received daily on the manufacturing systemApply online Frogg Recruitment
