Focus on engaging customers and enhancing brand visibilityProduce high-quality materials like posters, brochures, signage and event branding.
Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines, maintain consistency and ensure client satisfactionApply expertise in typography, layout, colour and branding.
Stay updated on design trends to keep work fresh and relevantWork with creative, marketing and account teams to achieve campaign goals.
Foster open communication and idea-sharing to enhance outputsBalance innovation with client needs to create engaging designs that improve customer experiences and strengthen brandsAim for award-worthy designs and inspire teams and clients with exceptional work What you must have: Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field7+ years in design, preferably in retail or agency settings, with an award-winning portfolioProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, expertise in retail marketing and branding, attention to detail and high-quality work deliveryExperience in retail shopping centre campaigns or large retail clients; recipient of notable design awards
