Introduction
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Copywriter to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing innovative campaign ideas and crafting compelling content that aligns with business objectives. Working closely with designers and strategists, you will drive the ideation process and oversee the execution of campaigns across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Studio Manager, this senior position requires a proven track record in creative copywriting and campaign strategy, with at least five years of experience in fast-paced environments.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role will be to provide specialist writing, language advisory and editing services to the business; ensuring adherence to professional language standards and editing guidelines; and provide strategic input into briefs and client challenges.

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in a copywriting or content strategy role, with a portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence and strategic thinking.

Campaign Development - Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and develop innovative 360-degree campaign strategies.
Creative Leadership - Lead the brainstorming process, bringing fresh, strategic ideas to internal and client meetings.
Content Creation - Write and edit high-impact content across various formats, including whitepapers, blogs, newsletters, web content, and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Brand Voice - Ensure the adoption and consistent use of the brand's tone of voice, translating brand strategies into tangible, creative concepts.
Client-focused solutions - Turn complex business data and propositions into engaging, client-centred narratives that drive results.
Trend Identification - Identify and creatively integrate emerging trends into campaign strategies and content.
Strategic Campaign Management:
Content Planning - Contribute to overall campaign planning and help develop creative content strategies that maximize impact.
Project Oversight - Manage campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of creative content that meets strategic objectives.
Brief Analysis - Analyse and interpret creative briefs, challenging assumptions where necessary, to deliver content that exceeds expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Client Relationships - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their strategic goals, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Stakeholder Communication - Liaise directly with clients to respond to queries, provide edits, and present creative ideas.
Cross-functional collaboration - Work with marketing teams, designers, and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall business strategy.
