This role is essential to ensuring the smooth management of property transactions, including drafting legal documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of conveyancing processes and a passion for client service.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end conveyancing processes, including bond registrations, cancellations, sectional title transactions, and property transfers.Manage and draft essential legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.Act as the primary liaison for clients, estate agents, municipalities, and financial institutions, ensuring timely and effective communication.Conduct thorough property searches, including title deeds and mortgage bonds, to ensure smooth transactions.Prepare financial statements related to property transactions and oversee trust account management.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a conveyancing secretary in a high-volume environment.Proficiency in conveyancing software (e.g., GhostConvey, Lexis Convey) and MS Office.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.Matric/Grade 12 required, with a conveyancing paralegal/secretarial qualification preferred.Why Join Us?
