Senior Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a minimum of at least 5 years of experience in conveyancing to join our client's dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Handling bonds and transfers with precision and efficiency.Facilitating and finalizing cancellations.Utilizing Lexis Convey and other property practice systems.Ensuring extremely fast turnaround times for transfers.Managing all aspects of the conveyancing process from start to finish.Liaising with clients, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.Proficiency in Lexis Convey and other relevant property practice systems.Demonstrated ability to handle bonds and transfers efficiently.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Previous experience dealing with Property Practitioners.Remuneration: R20 000 - R25 000 monthly CTCWorking hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4.30 pmOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
