Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team and own the overall internal contracting process that Enterprise Capabilities relies on for facilitating work, in addition to liaising with Legal on form development/management and Tax on transfer pricing reporting. This position would ideally be located in Western Europe due to EC Center locations/time zones, but other locations may be considered based on candidate qualifications.
Responsibilities:

CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool process ownership and use advocacy
Enterprise Capabilities Contract Management Team oversight
Intercompany contracting tracking and reporting
Intercompany form management/T&C refinement/Legal interface
Approval Matrix development and refinement
Transfer Pricing management, including rate development, analysis, billing coordination, and process improvement
Master Service Agreement (MSA) development and application
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Requirements:

Transfer pricing experience will be considered positively.
Intercompany/internal contracting experience related to service-based organizations will be considered positively
Attention to detail.
Excellent communications skills.
Leadership skills.
C1 or greater CEFR score, or equivalent English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Economics, or related fields or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
