Roles and Responsibilities: Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Clean Energy Investment Companies, Commodity Trading Houses, Investment Banks & Financial Institutions, and Project Finance & Energy Consultancies.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and engage high-quality candidates.Client & Candidate Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive experience for all parties involved.Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand Smart4Energy's footprint within the energy sector.Client Acquisition & Management: Build and manage relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored talent solutions. Develop proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment (or business development with an interest in pivoting to recruitment) with exposure in Executive/Country Management, Project Finance, Accounting & Tax, Legal, Contract Management & Compliance, Project Development, or Sales & Marketing industries.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage projects and financials.Positive mindset and interpersonal skills.Highly focused on a collaborative and supportive workspace culture.Understanding of the energy sector and related verticals is highly advantageous, but not mandatory.What do we offer you?
