What You'll Do:Collaborate with clients within the "Office of the CFO" to enhance the effectiveness of their finance function, driving improvements and delivering transformative outcomes.Conduct thorough assessments of the current state and envision the desired operating model, providing a clear roadmap for finance function optimization.Implement organizational, process, and technology enhancements to achieve optimal Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function and catalyze transformative changes.Drive and provide support for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system projects, enabling clients to leverage advanced tools for streamlined financial planning and analysis.Embrace an agile mindset to foster collaboration across business lines, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.Maintain accountability for delivery quality and excellence, overseeing junior team members and proactively identifying, resolving, or escalating project issues.Mentor team members by coaching colleagues, providing regular ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews, and helping project teams resolve complex issues.Support the practice's strategic direction by proactively monitoring industry trends, identifying emerging opportunities, and evaluating potential impacts.Actively contribute to talent acquisition and retention efforts, participating in attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent who embody our core values.Actively participate in business development opportunities and market a full range of services to prospective clients including using existing relationships to generate new opportunities.What You'll Bring:3+ years of experience in FP&A and consulting, demonstrating expertise in advising commercial companies and strategic decision-makers on financial matters.Experience working with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems implementations such as Oracle/Hyperion (Preferred), OneStream, Adaptive, Anaplan, Vena, Planful, or Prophix, contributing to a deep knowledge of EPM functionalities and their application in business contexts.Knowledgeable in advanced analytical tools such as Tableau and Alteryx, as well as modeling skills in Microsoft Excel, enabling the execution of complex financial models for analysis and forecasting.Ability to summarize key data into concise executive dashboards, providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve complex and multi-faceted issues.Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall).Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective.Demonstrated track record of establishing credibility both internally and externally.Creativity, confidence, and an agile/adaptable mindset.High energy, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit.Qualifications:B.Com / B.Com (Honors) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Accounting.CA, CPA, CFA, Certified Corporate FP&A Professional, or relevant certifications.
