Job Description Senior Compliance Audit Director We are a privately owned marketing financial audit company, founded in 2019 by pioneers of the media and marketing financial compliance industry.
Our Leadership Team consists of recognized industry experts.
We conduct financial contract compliance audits across various marketing categories (media, creative, BTL, events & experiential, print, field marketing/merchandizing, etc.)
for both local brands and large global clients, having audited in 110+ countries.
Our offices are located in London, New York, San Francisco, Sydney, Shanghai, Mumbai, and Johannesburg, and we are a regulated Chartered Accounting firm.
Our team is predominantly made up of ex-agency finance and media marketing executives.
We leverage our extensive knowledge from years of experience in managing agency financial operations to assist advertisers by auditing their agencies of record, ensuring compliance with their terms of business, particularly regarding AVB's, inventory media, and 3rd and 4th party management to verify transparency in the advertiser-agency relationship.
Job Description: The role of Senior Compliance Audit Director is suitable for a CPA or other Chartered Accounting qualification with at least two years of experience in marketing agency finances.
The individual will manage audits across a wide range of clients in the Americas, primarily in the US.
Working closely with the Senior Partner for Americas, the Senior Compliance Audit Director will act as a trusted business partner to support the Americas business unit and occasionally the rest of the world.
Main Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing audit programs across the Americas with some exposure to audits in other countries.
Liaising with the agency finance teams to ensure that audits run effectively and efficiently to client deadlines.
Primary responsibility for the timely completion of audits, from client contract review to the initial data request, data analysis, onsite agency visits (if required), report writing, and presentation of audit findings to clients.
Regular dialogue with the Global Compliance Partner and Senior Partner - Americas.
Requirements Qualified accountant CPA, ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or similar.
Minimum of 2 years work experience with marketing agency finances.
Fluency in English with the ability to write audit reports proficiently.
Self-starter and curious mindset.
Previous audit experience is advantageous.
