As a Senior Communication and Engagement Coordinator within the Internal Marketing and Communications Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a cohesive organisational culture. The successful candidate will be involved with working with the Team to craft compelling internal messaging for campaigns, recruitment marketing, and ensure alignment with the company's broader strategic goals.
