This entails guiding, directly handling, and executing all operational Clinical Data Management activities for designated studies, ensuring the fulfillment of all timelines and objectives to the client's satisfaction. The role of the Senior Clinical Data Specialist is pivotal in generating reliable and high-quality data that informs critical decision making in the field of healthcare and drug development.QualificationsBachelor's Degree, or educational equivalent, in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field is required.ExperiencePreferred 6+ years of experience in the clinical research industry with 4 years proven expertise in data management.SkillsProficient in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office products.Strong communication and collaboration aptitude.Strong attention to detail and excellent skills in data management.Strong administrative skills (planning, organizing, time management, etc.).Strong problem-solving skills.Self-sufficient work ethic.Proven leadership and team management skills to successfully lead initiatives and work independently.Proven skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and sponsors/external vendors.Proven technical abilities.KnowledgeKnowledge of the clinical trial process flow.In-depth understanding of data management principles, processes, and methodologies.Solid grasp of medical terminology and basic concepts in pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.Excellent understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and introductory knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines.
