Senior Civil Foreman

Hire Resolve is working with a top construction agency to find an experienced Civil Foreman for their team in Wellington.
Role Overview: Oversee civil construction projects and conduct surveys to ensure accuracy.
Work with engineers, architects, and project managers to complete projects successfully.
Responsibilities: Supervise survey activities on construction sites.
Manage construction workers and subcontractors.
Monitor work quality and project progress.
Ensure safety on-site.
Use surveying tools like total stations and GPS.
Prepare detailed reports on surveys and project progress.
Plan material needs and check levels and lines during pipelaying.
Verify accuracy of benchmarks and survey beacons.
Requirements At least 5 years of experience.
Diploma in civil engineering with surveying background.
Field experience preferred.
Strong surveying skills needed.
Experience in pipework (sewage, water, stormwater) and road construction is a plus.
