Senior Civil Engineer (Water)

Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer
Company: Progressive multidisciplinary engineering consultancy
Position Type: Permanent (Starting in October)
Requirements:

Professional Registration: PrEng / PrTechEng
Education: BTech or BSc Eng in Civil Engineering
Experience: At least 8 years of engineering consulting and project management experience
Water & Sanitation Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in water & sanitation (bulk & reticulation) and urban (general civils & bulk earthworks) projects
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
Transport: A valid driver's license and own transport are essential

Duties:

Design and develop innovative water and sanitation projects
Prepare detailed design layouts, calculations, and reports
Collaborate on site meetings, handovers, and project administration
Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on all projects
Manage projects with guidance from senior engineers

Remuneration: Market-related (dependent on qualifications and experience)
