Senior Civil Engineer/Office Manager

Qualifications and Requirements: Education: B.Sc. / B.Eng. / B.Tech (Civil) Engineering or similar

Professional Registration: Professional registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Technologies is Essential & SACPCMP is Essential

Experience: 7-10 years' experience in the civil engineering services design and structural design, with a focus on the public and private sectors.

My client is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to manage and develop their office in Kempton Park and Alberton. This is a significant opportunity for a Civil Engineer with a strong background in design and leadership to take on a pivotal role within the company.

Key Responsibilities: Management: Oversee all contractual and commercial activities. Project Leadership: Lead and manage project resources and deliverables. Business Development: Develop and expand the portfolio of work for Kempton Park office. Relationship Building: Identify and establish relationships with key partners and suppliers. Team Development: Recruit and develop appropriate skills within the team.
