User Management: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within Citrix environments; Monitor user sessions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. Performance Monitoring: Monitor Citrix server performance, resource utilisation, and user sessions to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks; Implement performance optimisation strategies to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness. Role & Responsibilities: Expertise Showcase: Showcase expertise in Citrix technologies, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and XenServer, through effective system administration and troubleshooting; Demonstrate proficiency in managing virtualised desktops and applications within Citrix environments.
