REQUIREMENTS:
OWN Transport is absolutely
essential
as functions are not all hosted at the wine farm
Excellent fine dining plating skills as many functions are formal sit down weddings and dinners
At least 3 - 4 years professional cheffing experience in a formal high pressure brigade structure
Clean and efficient kitchen practices
Strong organisational and planning abilities
