SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE
to assist this dedicated young team in producing a wide range of hot, cold and dessert dishes for light lunch and sophisticated sit-down fine dining dinners. We are looking for candidates with good all-round skills who are enthusiastic and willing to learn.
REQUIREMENTS:
Cheffing qualification with at least 3 years work experience in a recognized fine dining team
Good communication skills
Friendly and well organised
Well presented, with good personal hygiene
