We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology, with a specialized focus on Change Management. With a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, you will play a critical role in guiding our organization through transformative changes, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, informed, and equipped to adapt effectively.
Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the change process.
Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of proposed changes on various teams and departments.
Develop and execute communication plans that effectively convey the change vision and updates to all stakeholders.
Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to navigate changes.

Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Completion of a Change Management course or module is required.
Experience:
