Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with organizational goals. Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the change process. Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of proposed changes on various teams and departments. Develop and execute communication plans that effectively convey the change vision and updates to all stakeholders. Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to navigate changes.
