Our client is seeking a Senior Business Specialist to lead the development of Centers of Excellence (COE) across multiple domains, including Managed Cloud Security, IoT, Connectivity, Digital Business Marketplace , and more.
This pivotal role spans 8 African operating companies , offering an exciting opportunity to drive standardization, streamline operations, and maximize platform investments across the companyâ€TMs extensive network for a 9 month contract .
MBA required.
10+ years of experience in professional services or consulting firms.
Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
Coordinate and develop Centres of Excellence (COE) for Vodacom Business to optimize managed services across domains.
Lead business case development, strategy creation, and program coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Provide support to the companyâ€TMs African operating companies, ensuring scalable and efficient services.
Drive standardization to foster re-usability, fast deployment, and shared platform investments.
Collaborate across diverse markets with unique challenges, driving consensus through robust analysis and persuasive leadership.
Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and business documents to convey complex concepts and opportunities.
Broad understanding of Enterprise Managed Services across diverse domains and markets.
Proven ability to deliver effective managed services across multiple African markets .
Expertise in business strategy, stakeholder coordination, and cross-market standardization.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience in consulting preferred.
Self-starter who excels in a multidisciplinary role and is unafraid of hands-on work.
