Senior Business/Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Act as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for various IT projects.Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.Conduct program and project management, providing oversight and direction to project teams.Present findings, progress, and outcomes to the EXCO team and other stakeholders.Utilize Agile methodologies and other project management frameworks to optimize project outcomes.Engage with retail industry projects, bringing your experience to bear on relevant initiatives.Key Requirements:Experience:Minimum years as a Business Analyst/Project Manager.Proven experience in program and project management, with specific examples of past projects.Demonstrated ability to take the lead on projects as a project manager.Retail industry experience is highly desirable.Skills:Strong ability to balance the dual roles of a BA and PM.Proficiency in presenting to executive committees (EXCO) with detailed examples.Familiarity with various project management methodologies, with a preference for Agile.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
