Senior Business Partner - Performance & DevelopmentThe P&D Business Partner is a key partnership role supporting both senior and operational stakeholders to determine where learning interventions or performance & development support is required in Divisional / Functional teams. Collaborates with senior business leaders across multiple clients to define, oversee & support the delivery of all P&D activity.
Role Objective: The Senior P&D Business Partner is responsible for Performance and Development for the South Africa Business.
Minimum Requirements: Academic:MatricIndustrial psychology / Development / Learning / BCom / BSC Experience:5 Years experience Performance & Development experience Primary Responsibilities:Pricing for new business and ensuring that the solution offered to new clients is deliverable.Execute the P&D imperatives and approach in line with Capita's Group P&D strategy.Build strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including government, non-government and educational institutions.Leverage strong P&D knowledge to bring insight to support the business agenda and strategy.Train and coach managers and executive leadership in employee performance development.Design and develop the Career Pathway Framework from a competency perspective.Facilitate progression/succession planning processes.Design and execute performance development processes including leading design improvements.Lead on Capita's approach to Early Careers and Professional Development.Partnering with the business to make data-driven decisions.Develop and manage the performance and development of direct reports.Proactively report on performance, utilization, and engagement.Input into reporting for Enterprise Risk Committee regarding P&D risks.Comply with South Africa's Skills Development Act and other relevant legislation.Develop the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR).Secure skills development funding from relevant authorities.
