Senior Business Partner:Human Capital X2 - (2 Year Fixed Tem Contract)

Details of the offer

Main purpose: To act as the key interface between Human Capital and business units and provide expert Human Capital Consultative services across all levels of the SIU in the implementation of Human Capital initiatives.
  Minimum qualification and experience: B Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management (NQF 6/7).  3 years experience in Human Capital Management.
  Key performance areas (Include but not limited to): Development and implement Organisation Development / Change Management interventions, Implement integrated Human Capital initiatives and provide Human Capital consulting service on all key HC functional areas.

  Required knowledge and Behavioural (include but not limited to): Sound knowledge of Organisational Design principles.

Labour Relations, Learning & Development, Performance Management and Talent Management.
Understanding of Corporate governance principles.
An understanding of the strategic delivery requirement of the SIU.

Initiative PLEASE NOTE: The appointment of candidates will be at the Unit's sole discretion and the Unit reserves the right not to make an appointment.

The salary offered will be in line with SIU approved salary scales, which may change subject to relevant approvals and annual increases.
