Main purpose: To act as the key interface between Human Capital and business units and provide expert Human Capital Consultative services across all levels of the SIU in the implementation of Human Capital initiatives.
Minimum qualification and experience: B Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management (NQF 6/7). 3 years experience in Human Capital Management.
Key performance areas (Include but not limited to): Development and implement Organisation Development / Change Management interventions, Implement integrated Human Capital initiatives and provide Human Capital consulting service on all key HC functional areas.
