Senior Business Finance Controller - Anglophone AfricaKey Responsibilities:Strategic AdvisoryDevelop and maintain high level Business Acumen on Transactional Business.Co-design and monitor with the Business the Quarterly, yearly and strategic roadmap (Forecast) to ensure profitable Growth and secure Target achievement.Monitor channel Coverage, Distribution, optimized allocation of resources, financial performance/profitability (e.g. Product / Sales Region).Challenge/Support Commercial and marketing Strategy including AMSP and strategic initiatives to capture profitable growth.Monitor action plans and understand changes in the environment, root causes of performance issues/deviations with the roadmap, risks and opportunities.Decide corrective or compensation actions with the Business, Channel, Regions, and support go/No go decisions on specific actions/opportunities to reach priorities and Target.Monitor Pricing performance and support business teams to take right actions.Business Performance Analysis and Collaboration with other Finance sub-functionsContribute to Closing activities with performance team to ensure true and fair P&L reporting.Help Business in understanding commercial performance across the different Business Models.Performance follow up (Toplines, Profitability, etc.) in line with the different dimensions of customer, channel, Offers.Liaise with other finance sub-functions - Credit, Treasury, internal/external Audit, accounting, GSC finance etc.Transformation and Other Key AreasBuild strong relationships with stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Pricing), effectively communicate financial insights, and foster a culture of financial transparency and accountability.Participate in global or zone initiatives and take full ownership as well as leadership for the assignments, if any.Be a team player with a commercial mindset, dynamic, proactive, collaborative, curious and open-minded.Have a digital mindset with a focus on standardization/automation/simplification.GovernanceEnsure Business Compliance and Ethics and support Business in risk detection and management.Qualifications:Bachelors in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.8 years experience in business partnering, FP&A, finance controlling and audit from a reputable multinational or Big 4.Sound business acumen of transactional business.Strong stakeholder management, organizational and communication skills.Schedule: Full-timeReq: 0093U5
