We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the team; responsible for establishing and implementing business opportunities.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE•Mature person with at least 10 years or more experience in Business Development Management who has ability to implement business channels •The ideal candidate must have done the actual work for a Private Company•Highly experienced Business Development•Highly experienced in establishing go to Market strategy•Highly experienced in building and rolling out business plan•Highly experienced in implementing business channels•Strong leadership and collaboration skills•Qualification in Projects – advantage•Highly proficient in MS Office•Highly proficient in compiling and delivering presentations – not negotiable•Highly proficient in English (business level) – read, write and speak•Significant years in Business Administrator Background•Available immediatelyDUTIES:•This role reports directly to the Group CEO and thus plays a highly active role in running the business•Working with senior management to make operational improvements which will assist to drive growth and increase revenue•Identifying opportunities and Target Market•Building a Business Plan / GO TO MARKET STRATEGY•Establish Business Development Plan•Establish Business Operational Plan•Establish Business Budget and Target Plan•Liaise and consult with staff, clients, suppliers etc•Implementation, leading and overseeing work completed by staff, departments and divisions.•Ability on handling a day-to-day operations and challenges and resolve issues that arise in the workplace.•Identifying and close new business deals•Follow up on tasks given and provide continuous feedback and report promptly via various communication channels •Identifying and implementing best practices which drive growth and cut costs in order to increase business revenue •Must be able to take the lead and coordinate and consolidate information and such as KPI, and reporting PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:•Applicant must be presentable, well groomed, neat in appearance with excellent manners and corporate etiquette•Deadline driven and be able to manage the workflow without supervision•Be energetic, confident and open minded to make decisions•Proactive, deadline driven, ability to think out of the box, able to identify and resolve problems•Attention to detail, multitask, manage stress and workload and a positive demeanor •Excellent communicator
